Make At Rosie Media Agreement

I hereby give consent to Make at Rosie to take photographs and/or video recordings of me and all ticketholders including minors under the age of 18. I also grant Make at Rosie the right to edit, use, and reuse said photographs and recordings, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed for Make at Rosie's promotional and educational purposes.

I understand that my name and/or image may be used in the following ways, but not limited to:

• Display on Make at Rosie's website and social media accounts

• Display in Make at Rosie's promotional and educational materials

• Display in local and national news outlets

• Display in Make at Rosie's internal communications

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my name and/or image.

I also agree that Make at Rosie has the right to retain and store the images and recordings for archival purposes.

By participating in this event, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Media Release and Consent Form and agree to its terms and conditions.
