Instructor Bio:
Hello! My name is Mariana Hanson. I live in Austin with my Husband and my two very active boys. My professional background is in Industrial Engineering. I worked as a college professor teaching engineering design, and I rapidly discovered my passion for teaching. Currently, I am a part time worker at my children’s elementary school. Since my teenage years, arts and crafts have been my passion and self-care time. My absolute favorite art forms are paper quilling and photography. I feel that both of them give me the opportunity to unleash my imagination and creativity and record happy moments. During all these years, I have made crafts and arts, DIY projects for family, friends and customers. Most of my art creations are posted in my Instagram account: @strala.paper.art
